Who we are: AXI Wholesale (also "AXI Wholesale & Liquidations") is the trade name of Jeffrey Lewis, sole proprietor, 5250 Century Bay Avenue, Ashtabula, Ohio 44004. All references to "we," "us," or "our" on this page mean Jeffrey Lewis doing business as AXI Wholesale.
These terms govern the text messaging (SMS) program operated by AXI Wholesale ("we," "us," or "our") for customers who book warehouse visits through our online appointment scheduling application.
When you provide your mobile phone number while booking a warehouse visit, you agree to receive text messages from AXI Wholesale related to your appointment. Messages may include booking confirmations, appointment reminders, cancellation or reschedule notices, and directions to our facility. This is a transactional notification program — no marketing or promotional messages are sent.
Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. A typical booking results in a small number of messages (for example, a confirmation and one or more reminders).
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. AXI Wholesale does not charge for text messages, but your carrier's standard rates apply. Contact your carrier with questions about your plan.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages. To rejoin, provide your mobile number again when booking a future appointment.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from AXI Wholesale. You may book a warehouse visit without opting in to text messages by contacting us directly.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier and is outside our control.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Mobile phone numbers, text messaging opt-in data, and messaging consent are never shared with, sold to, or provided to any third party or affiliate for any purpose, including marketing or promotional purposes. We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued participation in the messaging program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
